Every windshield is different, so we quote per vehicle rather than publishing a flat menu. But here's the honest picture of what drives the number in each direction.

Priced on the number of impact points and the size of the damage. A single contained chip is the simplest job there is.
Driven by the glass your vehicle takes, whether cameras need recalibrating, and whether the moulding can be saved.
These are the factors we look at during the assessment. Knowing them in advance means you can usually predict where your own quote will land.
Two chips are two repairs. Damage count is the single biggest driver of a repair quote.
A contained crater fills and cures predictably. Legs and length add time and reduce the odds of success.
The closer to the frame, the less likely a repair holds — and past about two inches we stop recommending one.
Windshield glass is specific to your trim. Rarer glass and factory-camera brackets cost more to source and fit.
If cameras are mounted to the glass, they need realigning after fitting. We tell you up front whether yours does.
A windshield is only as watertight as its seal. Perished moulding gets replaced rather than reused.
On most comprehensive policies, a chip repair sits below the deductible. You file the claim, pay the excess, and carry a claim on your record — to end up spending more than paying for the repair outright.
We'll tell you which route makes sense for your situation. And we don't require insurance either way — you can pay us directly and keep your policy out of it.
No insurance required. Most chip repairs cost less than a typical comprehensive deductible, so paying directly is frequently the cheaper path.
General guidance only — the right answer depends on your specific policy and excess. Your insurer is the authority on your cover.
Send a photo of the damage. You'll get a fixed quote back, free, with no obligation to book the work.
